Not knowing where to start

It has been so long since I posted I have no idea where to start. I guess I can just simply jump in. I am starting back, because I want to start my business up again. I have taken about 5 months off. So, here we go. . .One of the things I want to work on is my picture quality. I feel like I have read everything on how to improve photos but, I feel like I am in system overload and nothing is sticking. So here is my attempt on improving first picture vs. second below.

Yes the first one I worked on in picmonkey, and the second I did not. To me it still looks like a blurry mess. Maye I should set up a tripod... Anyone got any tips on improving picture quality? In my camera they look great, but once I try to post to blog not so much! Would love to hear other bloggers technique. I hope to have a before and after to post soon, that will mean I am offically back to work. I can't wait!

Update: I went back and shot with tripod. First one no touch ups, second one with touch up. Any better?

Getting Back

I am finally getting back into who I used to be. I pretty much quit doing everything for about four months. Here is a picture to show why. . .

So hopefully more post, and back to putting things in my Etsy shop!

Like this little cutie, I just listed today!

Anyway, we will see I am just glad that I am feeling like working!

Hopefully I will be back to my before and after's soon.

Only problem is I am not finding the furniture like I used too.

Homegrown

Just wanted to post, dropped off the face of the earth, for about 4 months. I will resume soon. What's the old saying . . .Homegrown tomatoes and True Love nothing like em? Well something like that...

Beach Inspired

Well I started this redo weeks ago but, I am just now finishing. It took forever, but she is done now. This started out as one of those 60's ugly blondes, then at one time it was black and in my kitchen, now she is officially ready and needs a beach near her. I will add her to my Etsy store later today.

Last Weekend

I finally got around to uploading some of the pictures I took last weekend. The hubby and I went away for the weekend. Before I show the pictures, (which I only have a couple today) let me just say that I am IN LOVE with this area. I lived about 20 minutes from here at one time, and have never been here. Well when I say in love I mean it. I have never felt this way about a place before. I know Josh thinks it is just another one of my crazy ideas, BUT I am serious I want to live here. It will have to be after the kids are graduated from school, but I can wait. I can't wait to go back! We stayed in Franklin Tennessee, and visited downtown Franklin, and Leiper's Fork (where I want to live). When I got to Leiper's Fork this pulled up outside the restaurant. . .

This is my dream car, and it's even painted the perfect shade of blue.

I haven't got permission yet to give all the details but, if they do I will post more. This place was PERFECT! Josh and I both loved it, and gushed about it over and over.

We drove past this place several times, on the last day I asked Josh to pull over so I could take the picture. They had the most amazing garage, I should have taken a picture. I told Josh it was his and her garages, that would be absolute Heaven!

Yes the upstairs of the house is crooked. . .

Well, back to painting the living room! We will be listing in August, and even though that is months away, it will probaly take us that long to get everything done!
